Getting Started with Shipping Solutions Export Software

If you are brand new to Shipping Solutions you may be thinking, “How do I get started?” Well, we have several resources to help get up to speed with your new software.
Getting Started Section of the User Guide
At 184 pages, the User Guide is a little daunting for someone brand new to the Shipping Solutions export software. There is one section of the User Guide, however, that is written just for the new user. Starting on page 34 is a section called Getting Started with Shipping Solutions. Read these 10 short pages (with lots of pictures), and you’ll have the gist of how Shipping Solutions works. Don’t have a User Guide? Go to the User Guide page on our website, scroll down the page to the Getting Started Guide, and click the orange button to view it on screen or save it to your computer.
Getting Started Video
Our website has an eight-minute video that walks you through your first shipment, and, along with the Getting Started section in the User Guide, will give you a good start to learning Shipping Solutions. Once you have a basic understanding of how to use Shipping Solutions, check out all the videos available on the website. And if you have trouble viewing the videos on our website, you can also find them on our YouTube channel.
Other Resources
Once you start to get familiar with Shipping Solutions, there are other resources you can make use of. I’ve already mentioned the full User Guide, which is helpful if you’ve got a specific question about a tab, screen or feature as you are using the software. Our Video Library has videos on specific features as well as step-by-step instructions on how to complete some of the export documents.
